Brainstorm Brewery #214 – Help Us Prank Corbin

Corbin never listens to the episode so after he got off of the group call we decided to have you help us prank him. If you all wouldn’t mind tweeting at him to mention how savagely we burned him at the end of the episode, that would be awesome. Don’t be specific, just mention the burn was savage in its intensity and unprecedented in its animosity. He’ll finally listen to an episode of Brainstorm Brewery and there will be nothing. That’ll teach him. Also, this episode was pretty good.

Keep an eye out for Teespring

Help us get back the listeners we lost

That is all. Thank you.

Bit of misinformation this time, folks–the rarity symbols do actually mean something in Commander products beyond a “guess” as to the card’s rarity. Common-printed cards (like Command Tower and Commander’s Sphere) show up in all five decks in the release. Uncommon cards (like the Grip of Phyresis mentioned during the episode) show up in more than one but less than five of the decks in the release, and rare or mythic rare cards show up in only one deck in the release. Nit-picky, I know, but you guys are so often right about your knowledge of the game–we can’t be right all the time!

Great show, keep up the awesome work, and teach Corbin how to pronounce words correctly, while you’re at it!

I believe I mentioned that in the episode that sometimes (not always) the cards with different rarity symbols appear more. If I didn’t, thanks for pointing it out.
