Keep up the good work, but Marcel needs to get over the cost of Magic. It’s a point that he consistently makes and it has become a stale discussion. The other cast members who seek to convince him otherwise are putting in a good effort, but it’s a vain one.
He’s making an argument that magic is too expensive, but it’s presented as an objective fact. And so the other cast members seek to refute this. I think Marcel could just acknowledge that current prices of Magic are too expensive for him, and then everyone can move on as this is a perfectly valid opinion to hold and can’t be argued with. When Marcel presents his subjective opinion as an objective fact, it’s a trap because people rarely change their minds and trying to convince him that his opinion is incorrect is a waste of time.
I think you stated this very well.
